On my last trip to Disneyland Paris I’ve recorded the recent room TV show in three different languages for you. Just turn on your TV, start one of the three videos, lean back and be back at your favorite Disney hotel. And after that, I have a little extra clip if you are concerned about your safety 😉
If you want some delicious vegan food and perfect Disney theming you can’t miss WALT’S. This beautiful restaurant is dedicated to Walt Disney himself and the Disneyland Park and offers probably the best vegan meal at Disneyland Paris.
I cannot believe it finally happened, but Disneyland Paris has released a restaurant menu with something completely new that is very special for the happiest place in France. This is news you cannot miss.
UPDATE: Bad and good news about veggie food at WALT’S
Are you ready for “The World’s Greatest Hot Sandwich”?
Since June 2011 Earl Of Sandwich is located at Lake Disney in front of the “Hot Air” baloon. They serve freshly prepared hot sandwiches, salads, wraps, soups, breakfast and some bakery products. Most of them aren’t even close to vegan or vegetarian food. But let’s have a look if this true american fast food franchise can surprise us with something edible..
“All this for a loaf of bread?” –Â Aladdin
I’m sure Aladdin would’ve taken more or at least something different than a loaf of bread if he had the chance to steal in Agrabah Café in Adventureland.
Let’s have a look at what he/we can expect there..
There are 7 Disney owned and themed “on-site” hotels at Disneyland Paris. They all have some exclusive features you don’t have in partner hotels near by. Of course you are closest to the Parks and Disney Village but there are some small details I love about staying in a Disney signature hotel. One is the Room TV Channel with the “10 things to know before you go” loop (I know, I know, in some selected partner hotels you have this tv channel too).
Another one is the alarm you can set with your room telephone. Choose a time on which you’ll get a call to wake you up and you telephone rings at that time. You really should answer that call…
I’ve recorded it for you.. Read More
You know what I love at Disneyland Paris? The Hotels!
For me is staying in a Disney Hotel a very big part of the whole experience at Disneyland Paris. The one thing I always do is watching the Hotel room TV Channel. When returning to the room for a power nap, I sleep while Sophie or Julia is telling me about the “Top 10 things to know before you go”. But before this there was a completely different type of promo video playing. I have to say, I really much prefer the old room TV shows!
On my last stay I filmed the whole loop (in German). I’ve recorded the TV with my smartphone, so this video isn’t high quality and there are better one’s on Youtube. But it’s up to date and it is in German! (Sorry to most of you ;-))
I hope you enjoy it!
Of course there are many videos online. In different Languages and from many different years. I’ve collected the best links for you in this article. And you know what? I found the very first from 1992! Read More
This is a recipe for the Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show Cornbread which is served as an appetizer in the famous Disney Village dinnershow. I don’t now exactly what ingredients are used in Paris but I’ve tried to bake a Cornbread which is very close to the original one in the show. This recipe is very close and I will tweak it and update the recipe every time I bake it.
Best thing about this Cornbread: It’s vegan!
Casey’s Corner. Situated in Main Street U.S.A. in Disneyland Paris. The place to be if you want a Hot Dog where only the price is premium 😉
I have to be careful. This is a very sensible topic. There are just two kind of people in this world. Those who LOVE Casey’s Corner for their Hot Dogs and those who cannot believe those people exist. That’s at least my experience from social media. I always thought I am in the latter group. Here’s what happened recently to my life.
My beloved “Blue Lagoon” Restaurant is gone. Jack Sparrow has entered the kitchen and now it’s called “Captain Jack’s – Restaurant des Pirates”.
I’ve always been a big fan of the beautiful themed restaurant INSIDE Pirates of the Caribbean. I was very excited visiting it after it reopened in July 2017.I really hoped they were able to serve a vegan meal as the menu looked promising!
On our last trip in September 2017 I was there and here’s the review.
